Our Story

Marcarflys stands for ‘Mar’ for Maria who is the Mother of the Family and looks after all of the production, ‘Car’ for Carmo who handles the marketing and distribution of the product and ‘Fly’ which is all about the family that is based out of the kitchens of Margão, a beautiful city in the state of Goa.

After starting taking home orders only for friends and family, the popularity made us take heed to orders from the general public and soon we became the favourite of many Goan Kitchens. We have been the pioneers in Fruit Concentrates long before the times of Top Cola and Coca Cola, making us the best accompaniments at the local Tavern for the traditional Feni and Urrak.
