All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched the same or next working day depending on the conversations with the clients.

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours as per government norms and restrictions. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies which are appreciated across the country and work with national brands only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered India Post but can not guarantee the same.

Express Delivery service is maintained for all prepaid orders which is within 4-7 working days ( major cities with high orders)

Orders placed before 12 pm are dispatched the on same working day. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 working days from the dispatch date, however, note that no COD order is dispatched until it is confirmed on call.

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centres.

Time frame for order from dispatch date:

COD Orders usually take 5-7 working days since a couple of extra days are required at the shipping company’s end for processing. 

What if I receive the product in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at contact@marcarflys.com mentioning your Order ID or call us at the number specified in the website (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
